The State of California and San Diego County COVID -19 restrictions is preventing us from holding the live event portion of our conference. We look forward to seeing you at our next live event scheduled for September 2021. The 2020 conference will take place via Livestream October 23-25, 2020. If you purchased a ticket, it will automatically be transferred to an ALL ACCESS LIVESTREAM Pass or you have the option to transfer it to the live 2021 Functional Health Coaching Conference.

Accommodations

The Hard Rock Hotel is offering discounted hotel room rates for all conference participants. Hotel room rates start at $179/night for Oct. 22nd – October 26th and are subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If you would like to extend your stay beyond the discounted room rate nights (prior to Oct. 30th and after Nov. 3rd), please see the Hard Rock Hotel’s website to book additional nights for the best available rate.

If there are no discounted rooms available, rooms may still be available at the Hard Rock Hotel’s regular rate, or we suggest researching Kayak.com, Trivago.com, VRBO.com or airBNB.com as alternative options.

The Hard Rock Hotel is located in the heart of downtown San Diego and is within walking distance to some of San Diego’s best sights! The hotel is situated only 10 minutes from the airport. It is also located just a few blocks from the Amtrak Train Station in downtown San Diego for any of our Southern California participants interested in commuting to the conference.

Food & Beverage

As part of the conference networking mixer, celebration dinner and other potential activities, we are arranging to have grain and dairy free food items available to meet the majority of everyone’s dietary needs.

There are also a variety of dining options located within walking distance or a short drive that provide local and organic fare to meet almost any dietary need. A list of nearby recommendations will be provided closer to the event.

Transportation

An overnight valet parking rate of $49/night is available for guests staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. Day use parking passes are also available for $20. In addition to hotel parking, there are also other parking garage options within a few blocks of the conference venue with rates ranging from $10-$20.
The conference venue is also conveniently located next to the San Diego Trolley and within a 5 to 10-minute taxi, Uber or Lift ride from the train station or other popular areas in San Diego.
