The conference will be held in San Diego, CA from Nov. 1st-3rd, 2019 at the Hard Rock Hotel in the heart of Downtown. The conference will include 300+ attendees; a mix of certified FDNs, FDN trainees and aspiring health professionals who are engaged in the functional health space.

As you may be aware, the FDN certification course and community teaches health professionals how to help people get well and stay well naturally. Our focus is in using functional lab testing to identify clues about the hidden dysfunction in the body and then creating comprehensive health-building programs guided by the lab data that incorporate the aspects of diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation.

Exhibiting

Interact person-to-person to spread the word about your products and services with 300+ functional health-minded professionals. Our attendees are eager to learn about the latest functional health products and services to promote greater results with their clients and within themselves, and to grow their business. In an online world, there’s nothing more valuable than the personal touch you can have by being an exhibitor.

We value your presence at our event so we make a consorted effort to give you as much exposure as possible by strategically placing exhibitor booths in high traffic areas and personally acknowledging you during on of our main conference activities.

Exhibitors will be able to set up late afternoon on Thursday, October 31st and early morning on Friday, November 1st.  The general conference will conclude around 1pm PST on Sunday, November 3rd, at which point exhibitors can breakdown and pack up.  Discounted hotel room rates are available for all exhibitors, sponsors and speakers.

*A power strip will be provided for each booth.  Exhibitors are more than welcome to plug into the available outlets, however, it is on a first come first serve basis. Exhibitors are also required to tape down all cabling they provide to avoid any hazards. If an outlet that they plug into trips because it has exceeded the overall limit of what it can handle then Engineering will need to be notified.  Times may vary to resolve the issue depending on if Engineering is addressing other calls at the time.  Any fees associated with fixing a tripped power outlet will be the at Exhibitor’s expense. 

If exhibitors require extensive power sources or have concerns about power sources, please fill out this form and send to Chris Dunn (Christopher.Dunn@encore-us.com) no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of the event. 

The hotel will then create an AV proposal inclusive of any tax, service charge, and/or labor.  The Hotel will need signed confirmation on the AV proposal no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the event to fulfill the power needs.  Any fees associated with additional power needs will be at the Exhibitor’s expense.
