You can choose from two types of tickets; one that includes the awards and celebration dinner on Saturday night, or one that does not. Both types of tickets will include access to the 2.5 days of lectures, workshops and round-table discussions and the Friday night networking mixer.
The awards and celebration dinner will be held either on the hotel property or within walking distance and will include a variety of gluten, grain and dairy free foods, non-alcoholic beverages, and a cash bar.
Only 300 tickets are available. Tickets are currently available exclusively to FDN trainees and graduates, but registration will be opening up to the public soon.
Regular ticket prices are $467 with dinner and $417 without dinner. Pre-sale and early bird ticket prices will be available for a limited time, so keep an eye out for them!
Yes! We have negotiated discounted hotel rates for the FDN Conference at the Hard Rock Hotel in downtown San Diego California.
Rates will start at $169/night and are subject to availability. Check back soon and we will alert you as soon as they are available for booking!

Yes! The conference will count towards professional development credits (PDC’s) for maintaining your certification.
Yes! Once you purchase your ticket you’ll be invited to connect on the Facebook Event Page to see who is attending, discuss room or ride sharing, and for updated event details.
Yes! If you have colleagues or friends you would like to invite you are welcome to purchase multiple tickets or pass along the link. Anyone is invited to collaborate with our community!
An overnight valet parking rate of $49/night is available for guests staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. Day use parking passes are also available for $20.
In addition to hotel parking, there are also other parking garage options within a few blocks of the conference venue with rates ranging from $10-$20. See other parking option here.
The conference venue is also conveniently located next to the San Diego Trolley and within a 5-minute taxi, Uber or Lift ride.
Yes. We are planning to record the conference sessions and make them available for purchase. The recordings will be available at a discounted price leading up the conference and for a short period after. We will send out additional communication about how to purchase the conference recordings as we get closer to the conference.
Live streaming will not be available but we are working on providing videos to be purchased. Check back soon for more information.
Understanding that “life happens” and in an effort to be as accommodating as possible, tickets are refundable per the following schedule:
- 100% refund (minus $50 Admin fee) by 6/30/19.
- 50% refund (minus $50 Admin Fee) 7/1/19 through 9/30/19.
- After 9/30/19, all passes are non-refundable.
We are always looking for good, reliable people to help out with the fine details: registration, stuffing bags, assembling furniture, running errands, providing yoga, entertainment etc.
